What the box says:

An evil man with plans to take over the empire sends five warriors out in search of his enemies, in order for them to be eliminated.

Plot:

Han is sent to meet Chung who is the head of a rebel organization against evil over-lord Ching. Of course, Ching wants to eliminate all the rebels.

Han meets a mysterious lady who explains the 5 brothers (well the last one isn't evil). He leaves to deliver a secret message to a rebel leader.

What does Rosebud mean? Unfortunately, some goons grab Chung. The stabbed Chung tries to rescue his daughter. Han winds up outside and grabs the mysteriouslady's horse to take to a nearby village.

The goons have Chung's daughter, Soi Han, and take her to Master Yao. When they get there, Yao doesn't realize the men are Ching's men.

Not a Hercules movie for a whole week?!? Miracle of miracles... The fight is on Master Yao versus the goons.

The mysterious lady reveals to Soi Han that her father has just been killed. The goons try to escape when Han arrives. The 1st brother beats Yao.

The goons hear about another rebel leader, Sun Yao Chai, that is a snake oil salesman and start searching for him. They convince him to check out a sick man. The trap fails and Sun Yao Chai manages to escape when a white ninja jumps into the fray. The white ninja is actually the mysterious lady.

Sun Yao Chai learns that some of the brothers killed his wife. The brothers want to get the rebel name list.

Ching and his goons find Sa Li, Sun Yao Chai's, sister.

Han, Soi Han come up on them. Han versus the goons.

The mysterious lady wants Han to free her brother. He can't afford to help her. She needs a lot of gold to bribe the government official.

The goons want to keep Sun Yao Chai from their superior.

Only one guy with a silver hand, the other 2 have the evil Fu Manchu mustaches..

Han and Soi Li try interrogating a goon.

Mystery lady escapes with her brother and hides him.

Han bribes the goon to find Sun Yao Chai and his sister.

You won't get me to drink New Coke...

Mystery lady visits the officials and offers to give the regbel leader to save her brother.

Han and his boys break into the palace and want the rebel leader. The fight is on.

Yes, we're ready to layeth the smackdown... Han handles the brothers before taking on the official, Mr. Lee. Mystery lady handles the others. She dispatches the brothers with her razor hat to cut off of their silver hands. Han and mystery lady finish the brothers before tackling Mr. Lee.

Afterwards, Han and the mystery lady part on friendly terms.

What I say:

The Brucesploitation...After Bruce Lee died, several other actors such as Bruce Le, Bruce Leung, Bruce Li, and Dragon Lee started getting touted as Bruce Lee's successor. Quite a few martial arts movies which are only remembered at this time because they were dubbed into English and given names to sound as if Bruce Lee were actually in them. If that's not hard enough to keep track of, the number of movies with "Bruce Lee" in the title without the aforementioned true "Bruce Lee" in them is included for things like Bruce Lee Fights Back From the Grave and Bruce Lee the Invincible.

Those movies aren't the only type of Brucesploitation. The so-called documentary movies that would truly pummel the term "Brucespolitation" into the ground with Fist of Fear, Touch of Death and Real Bruce Lee. These movies have about as much connection to the reality of Bruce Lee as I have a reality to Jessica Biel (this SideOrderofNinjas can dream...)

B-movie martial arts movies are a special genre. After the death of Bruce Lee, practically every martial artist tried to get into movies as the successor of the far more popular and talented Bruce Lee. If not at least, the number of actors that were touted as the successor of Bruce Lee like Dragon Lee, Bruce Li, etc has to be calculated using a formula like B_ruce = E * 2^L * c where B stands for the number of Bruce Lee wannabee actors, where E stands for the coefficient of Bruce Lee that can be found easily enough in any physics book, where L stands for the number of spellings of Lee such as Le, Li, etc, where c is the speed of light...

Most martial arts movies aren't known for having excellent storylines or even fairly-passable ones. Several scenes look like they've been cut back. You can almost see the bad VHS scene jumps. It is hard to keep track of all the characters. Dragon Lee is sent by a rebel leader to another rebel leader to deliver a message but ends up having to rescue the 2nd leader's daughter. The goons capture another rebel leader. It is also confusing to figure out who is the daughter or the sister of which rebel leader. Evil Overlord Ching has the afore-title mentioned 5 Brothers(None of those guys have names which might make them somehow easier to differentiate).
