Vincent Price is playing the organ in the classic Phantom of the Opera style and then leads his band. Vulvania enters the room and
dances with him before driving him away.

Later, at a masked ball, Dr. Hargraves, a psychiatrist, is fumbling with his frog mask. Phibes helps him with the mask. Somehow, the
mask is tightened so hard that Hargraves stumbles around the room before falling down a flight of stairs.
Inspector Trout and Tom believe the deaths are connected. However, the captain doesn’t believe in any connection.
Dr. Longstreet is watching a secret stag reel of a belly dancer when Vulvania walks into the room. She ties him to the chair without him
putting up one iota of fight. Phibes walks in and starts draining Longstreet’s blood.
The cops have finally discovered that all the doctors worked for Dr. Vesalius. Trout pays him a visit and asks about the deaths and
learns of Longstreet’s death.
Trout and Tom get to Longstreet’s house. They find a strange pendant on the floor.
At an engraver’s shop, Trout learns that the pendant was bought by a woman. The pendant was Hebrew for blood and was part of
a set of 10 symbols for the 10 curses of the Pharaohs.
Anton Phibes is mourning his wife.
Trout learns that the doctors were only connected by 1 case: Victoria Regina Phibes. Her husband died in a car wreck on the way to
the hospital.
Elsewhere, Phibes’s car is alongside the road with Vulvania standing looking sad and distressed. A doctor stops and has his driver
help her. Phibes kills the driver and puts a machine in the doctor’s car.
Inspector Trout and Tom find the car with the frozen doctor inside. The killer has struck with the curse of hail.
Vesalius goes to a music shop to learn about Anton Phibes.
The cops check the Phibes’ mausoleum. They find his coffin empty. Since, they’re already there they check the wife’s coffin which
is empty, too.
The captain is pretty unhappy about this case and terrified of the press learning of it.

aren’t quite as bad as rats when the rats are crawling all over one. Freaking out, erratic flying ensues until the crash which results in a
well cooked doctor.

Phibes and Vulvania are boiling brussel sprouts?
The cops heavily guard the nurse from the operation. They stand guard outside her room for the night. Phibes goes to the floor above
her room. Drills through the floor, he pours some green slime on her. Next, he takes a tube connected through the hole and releases a
large number of locusts.
Trout talks with Vesalius about the plague of the firstborn if it could mean Vesalius’s son, Lem? Rushing home, they discover Lem
is gone.
Trout goes to check on the nurse and finds she has become a locust lunch.
Phibes calls Vesalius and Trout eavesdrops. Phibes gives his deadline for the doctor to arrive by midnight and come alone. Trout will
go too; Vesalius knocks him out and leaves. Arriving at the mansion, Phibes begins to accuse him of murdering his wife. The boy is on an
operating table.
Trout wakes up.
Lem has a key implanted in him which must be removed to unlock the gurney or else acid will disfigure the boy’s face. He gets to
operating. Phibes sends Vulvania to destroy the works. He gets back to taunting Vesalius and reveals the car wreck disfigured him. Big
shocking moment.
Vulvania destroys the robot band. Phibes fires up his organ playing skills once more.
The cops arrive while Vulvania is trashing everything like Keith Moon annihilating a drum set.
Vesalius is frantically working to get the key out in time. He manages it and Vulvania makes the mistake of crossing the room and
getting the acid bath herself.
Phibes is fixing another Vincent Price face. He heads to the double coffin for his wife and himself. Embalming himself, Phibes is in
the coffin which seals up in the floor.
The cops search but can’t find Phibes. They ponder how the final curse was darkness unaware that they’re walking directly over
Phibes.
